First off, we’d like to think that we’re both consistent and reliable, as well as being a fun and personable bunch of people here at TempTribe.
One of our golden rules is to always offer a friendly bit of advice. And always lend your ear if someone’s in need. Our head office team realise that by taking their time to give care and attention, our temporary staff were turning into some of our best, long-standing team.
When clients call up the next day to let us know how the shift went, we make sure to pass this information over to the relevant people. Over the past couple of years, we’ve been sending out a Friday newsletter “Friday with Brenna” – which has proved extremely popular!
In this newsletter, we regularly feature key members of staff from events throughout the week. Stories about stellar shifts and outstanding team members mean a lot to us, as well as our keeping in check with our temporary support staff.
We pride ourselves on having both happy clients and happy staff. Without our efficient and effective staff, there would be a massive barrier for our client’s events to be a success. TempTribe certainly wouldn’t be the company it is today either!
The events teams on each shift are always incredible. Hospitality is a hard enough industry without the backup of sound-minded, quality, supportive team members. It’s the offer of a community and a sense of belonging which is why some of our support staff have been with us for 9+ years!
This is why it’s pivotal to have outstanding staff members, and, why our head office works so hard to create a team that’s a cut above the rest.
What would your first day be like if you signed up to work with TempTribe?
Well, first of all, you would come across a pretty dynamic group of people! We have all cultures, ages, sexes – people from all walks of life who sign up for shifts every day. This variety has been described as one of the favourite factors of working with TempTribe. We truly reflect London and all the people in it.

What Do We Offer?
