Since the client stated that confidence and personality of staff were important to them, we pre-selected the most suitable and bubbly candidates who would fit this description, thanks to our vast and varied pool of temporary catering staff.
We collected daily feedback from the client to ensure that any new staff members provided were a perfect fit for the job, if they were deemed to be unsuitable then they were replaced quickly and seamlessly.
Humdinger’s were willing to accept and use our newest members of staff and invite new faces to their events. By being open to introducing new staff to their team, the client ensured that the quality of talent was continually being refreshed.
The client is using our online feature of “favouriting” staff, which ensures their preferred staff get priority on all of the Humdingers’ future events. This way the client is able to retain a committed team who they feel are perfect for the job at hand.
Soon after Humdingers Catering started to book catering staff with us, we found that our waiters and bartenders loved working there. We received lots of feedback from staff praising Niall for his excellent people management skills. Our team found Niall to be an absolute pleasure to work for. This, combined with the Humdingers paying London living wage made shifts for this client highly popular among our staffing population.

Previously the client worked with multiple staff suppliers, now they revert only to TempTribe for all of their event staffing needs.
Shifts with this client become staffed typically within 10 minutes due to the large pool of ‘favourites’ who are familiar with the client, preferred by the client and ready to hit the ground running!
The client previously just used our services for bar and waiting staff, however recently we have begun to supply them with more advanced job roles, such as Event Managers. We are thrilled to have gained the trust and loyalty of this lovely client!
