What is your role at TempTribe?
Account Director: As well as managing the Account Management team in the office I look after a whole range of clients such as hotels and restaurants; listen to their requirements and look for staff who will best match their description. I am also talking to our lovely staff a lot, looking for interesting opportunities for them and booking them on the shifts.
How long have you been at TempTribe?
I joined in March 2015 and it has been a great journey so far!
What do you love about working at TempTribe?
I love the variety of people I work with. The office team is incredibly supportive and I like seeing how our staff learn, grow and impress our clients! I think that people working in hospitality are really friendly and a true pleasure to work with.
Where would you like to see TempTribe in the next 5 years?
I would like us to offer work to staff in various countries around the world.
What would you do if you ran the country for a day?
Offer everyone free yoga sessions and unlimited freshly pressed juices! Then I would decrease taxes and decrease the spend on bureaucracy. I would also organize food near it’s expiry date to be transported to poor countries so as to feed those that need it and avoid waste.
Where in the world would you love to live?
In California – I love the relaxed lifestyle, outdoor culture and I would wear flip flops every day!
What is your favourite activity?
Barre classes. It is a combination of ballet and hardcore fitness, so you end up looking like a ballerina (well that’s the aim!) but you your legs are shaking and you get very sweaty. I love it!
